How to block “Cash king Islands” invites on Facebook?

Over the passed three months I’ve been bombarded (at least twice a day) on Facebook by some friends of mine who were asking (“inviting”) me to play “Cash King Islands”. When I’ve asked two of my friends to stop or else I would remove them from my friends’ list (very unsocial of me, I know), I realized that they have no
